Abstract
Nowadays, the traceability of various mitigation efforts and the evaluation of the effectiveness of carbon neutrality efforts are increasingly becoming the focus of research. Not only global or national, sectoral or regional, but also explicitly company-oriented solutions are indispensable for the practical implementation of the set emission reduction goals. In this study, we seek an answer to the question of what mitigation tools are available to domestic logistics service providers, what strategic ideas they follow and apply, and how they may be related to corporate effectiveness. The studies included in the study were based on a qualitative method, and on the other hand, an improved M-model (11M) was developed along the principles of adequacy, which also reflects the global environmental challenges of the 21st century, which can serve as a guideline for all logistics companies to increase their efficiency and environmental and sustainability performance.
