N2 - Typing in the incorrect language mode is a prevalent issue for Thai-English keyboard users, leading to significant frustration and decreased time efficiency. This paper presents Personalized Language Interface for Correction and Keyboard Switching (P.L.I.C.K.), an application developed to address these challenges through three core features: Language Switching, Spell Checking, and Sound Alerts. To ensure broad accessibility, the tool was implemented as both a Google Chrome Online Extension and a standalone Offline Application. Usability testing with 10 participants demonstrated that the Online Extension successfully reduced correction time by an average of 56.66% per character, despite minor server latency issues. In contrast, the Offline Application, while functional, was found to be less convenient due to its inability to detect text in external programs. Overall, the Language Switching feature with manual switching mode emerged as the most preferred and reliable method, utilized in 87.5% of tested instances. These results confirm that P.L.I.C.K. significantly enhances productivity for bilingual users by streamlining the correction of language-mode and typographical errors.
