Abstract

An MC-CDMA receiver needs a high precision synchronization system to obtain good performance. Normally the synchronization is performed in 2 steps, acquisition and tracking. In this paper, the symbol tracking process is addressed. Delay-locked loop with an appropriate phase detector for MC-CDMA is proposed. The performance of the proposed scheme is evaluated by simulation and compared with the existing schemes. Results demonstrate that the proposed system outperforms those previous schemes.
