Abstract

In the original published version of this article, the wrong ethical approval number was provided. The authors made a typographical error in the number. Ethics statement The study was approved by the Ethics Committee of Siriraj Institutional Review Board (318/2562(IRB3)), Faculty of Medicine Siriraj Hospital, Mahidol University. The authors have now provided the correct ethical approval number as 318/2564(IRB3). The correct version of the ethics statement can be found below.
