Personal profile
I am a lecturer and researcher specializing in STEM education, instructional design, and faculty development. My work focuses on professional learning environments, exploring how digital learning, and design thinking influence educators' and researchers' career development.
I have contributed to teacher professional development through the Chevron Enjoy Science program (2017–2020) and later researched the Design Cloud Lab (DCL), identifying effective instructional elements for fostering design thinking skills in teachers (2022–2024). Additionally, I serve as a faculty development trainer in Mahidol University Academic Development Programs, conducting workshops on critical reflection and feedback literacy.
