Dr. Alisa Nana is a sports dietitian with extensive experience in academia, research, and elite athlete support. She earned her Ph.D. in Sports Nutrition from RMIT University in collaboration with the Australian Institute of Sport, focusing on body composition assessment using DXA technology.

She has worked with top sporting organizations including the Australian Institute of Sport, Thai national teams (football, taekwondo, synchronized swimming, hockey), and currently supports elite badminton athletes at SCG Badminton Academy and Banthongyord Badminton School.

Her research has been published internationally in leading journals and book chapters, covering topics such as body composition, physique assessment, sports supplements, and applied nutrition strategies. She is also an Accredited Practising Dietitian (Australia) and an Accredited Sports Dietitian with Sports Dietitians Australia.

Her interests lie in advancing knowledge in body composition assessment, sports supplements, and practical nutrition solutions for athletes at all levels
