Description
This instrument is Energy Dispersive X-ray Fluorescence (EDXRF)-based technology and equipped with a microscope.
It provides useful information both qualitative and quantitative elemental analysis and elemental distribution (mapping).
It can efficiently detect elements from Na to Bi in both powder and liquid samples.
Dual types of detectors for fluorescent X-rays and transmission X-rays are available, providing elemental information and internal structure of the same area simultaneously, allowing a better understanding of composite materials, electronics, gemstones, and biological specimens.
